3. Why can’t I login to my account?
Please check whether your registered email address and password are entered correctly and try again. If you've forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot Password', enter your registered Mobile No. and we’ll send you an OTP to reset your password. 4. How do I change my password?
When you are logged in, click on the menu icon on top left of the page and click on Profile -> Edit Password'. Follow the instructions on the page to change your password.
5. How many accounts can I create with the same email id?
You are allowed to create only one account and that too with only one email id. Creation of multiple accounts by a single user is strictly prohibited and violates our policy.

7. I’m sure I've got the right username and password but I still can't log in?

8. I did not get any confirmation/OTP after I signed up using mobile?

9. I don't know much about cricket – can I still play?
You can visit our ‘Help/How To Play’ section on the site for detailed instructions on how to play the game.
10. What is a fantasy league?
A fantasy sport (League) is a type of online game where participants assemble imaginary or virtual teams of real players of a professional sport. These teams compete based on the statistical performance of those players' players in actual games
11. What sports do we support?
We at present support only Cricket. We plan to expand to more sports soon!
12. How do I play on MYPL?

Follow these simple steps to play on MYPL:

Register/Log into MYPL

Select a match from Fixtures

Click on the ‘Create Team’ button for the match you want to join

Create your team of 9 players (including a Star Player) from all the players in the match

Join free or cash contests of your choice. Cash contests let you win cash and require an entry fee, for which we provide multiple payment methods such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net banking and PayU.

Once the live match starts, your team starts earning points based on actual performances of the players selected by you. Final points, ranks and winners are declared after the end of the match

13. When does Fantasy Cricket start on MYPL?
Fantasy Cricket on MYPL starts as soon as the deadline for the match ends. The deadline is usually 30 mins* before the start of the match. Subject to change as per company policies.
14. How do I select my fantasy team?

After logging into your MYPL account

Select a match from available fixtures

Select players of your choice and create your team

Create your team of 9 players (including a Star player) from all the players in the match.For

15. Can I change my Fantasy Cricket/any sports team for future contests?
Yes, you are required to create a new team for every match on MYPL. You can also use existing team provided the fixtures are same.
16. What if one of my chosen players/cricketers does not play?
Choose your team very carefully! Any player chosen by you who does not feature in the starting 11 in the matches (included in the match) does not get any points.
17. Can I choose players from one side/team only?
Yes, you can choose players from one side/team.
18. When I make changes to my team, how long does it take for the changes to reflect?
The changes are instant! You can make unlimited changes to your team any time before the deadline (30 mins prior match) time for a match.
19. Can I edit my team during the match?
No! You can create & edit your team only before the deadline, which is usually 30 mins prior to the start of the match.
20. When do you update the squads for contests on MYPL?
The squads for matches featured on MYPL keep getting updated till the deadline for that match as per the alerts received from our service providers. Keep checking for such updates till the deadline for the respective matches.
21. How/Where can I see my team's rank?
You can click on the match that you have created your team for, click on the ‘Leaderboard’ button on the contest to see the updated points and ranks for yourself and your opponents in that contest.
22. How can I change my team name?
Unfortunately, as of now you can’t change your team name once it is registered. Choose your team name wisely, it’s permanent.
23. How do I create multiple teams for the same match?
Yes, you can create multiple teams for the same match but not for the same contest.
24. Can I join the same contest using multiple teams?
You can join only one contest with one team.
25. How many players can I choose in my team?
Users can choose a maximum of 9 players in one team.
26. I have created my team before the deadline, so why hasn't my team got any points yet?
Points are awarded to your team only when the live match begins.
27. What is the use/concept of "Star Player" ?
The player you choose to be your Star Player will earn 2 times the points, he has already earned.
28. What are the restrictions while choosing a team?
Players have roles assigned (batsmen, bowlers, WK etc.). Currently the team should comprise a minimum of 3 batsmen, 3 bowlers, and 1 Wicket Keeper. There are no restrictions on the remaining 2 players. These 2 players can be of any role.
29. What do users do with teams formed?
Only users who form teams can enter contests. Teams participating in the contests compete with each other to top the leaderboard. Leaderboard ranks are decided based on the points the team of the user scores. Points are assigned to the teams based on the real life performance of the players chosen.
30. How are points allotted?
Points are allotted according to a fixed set of rules which are available *http://mypl.in/
31. How will I score points?
You will score points depending on how the players in your team perform in the live match. So, make sure you pick a winning combination to help you win! Check out our ‘Point System Link it’ section on our website to know more.
32. When do the scores get updated?
Points are usually updated every few minutes! The final points including your team's total and your rank are updated once the match is over. Winners are declared and Winnings are distributed only after our team verifies the points.
33. Will I get points for Man of the Match?
There are no points awarded for Man of the Match at the moment
34. What happens when there is a tie between users? How will you distribute the prize?
When there is a tie between 2 or more users, the prize money is divided equally between the users. However, only in the case of a 2-member contest, the entire amount is refunded to both users if their teams were the same, including the Star Player.
35. Do I get points for a Super Over in a Match?
We do not consider the Super Over on MYPL. The runs/wickets scored by the players are not considered in their official records.
36. How can I cross check my team’s points?
You can cross check your points by clicking on the ‘Leaderboard’ button on the respective contests tab. However If you want to cross check your team’s points with the points system again, visit our ‘Point System’ section on our website.
37. If a player is sent off by the umpires for misconduct in an international cricket match, does he still score points on MYPL once he's back on the field?
Any player who is sent off by the umpires for serious misconduct governed by the ICC Playing Conditions for International Matches, will score and retain points on MYPL according to our standard points system for his contribution during his time on the field. If the player is allowed to take the field later in the same match, he will once again be eligible to score points for the duration of his stay on the field.
38. What are contests?

Contests are tournaments that the users can participate in and compete with each other. There are 2 types of contests:

Cash contests are where you participate by paying an entry fee and compete with other users to win real money! The prize money will be awarded to the user who has the highest points in the contest.

In a practice contest, you compete with other users for bragging rights. Unlike cash contests, there will be no entry fee for this contest. A practice contest will help you boost your cricket skill. Once you are confident with your selection skill, you can join cash contests.

39. Do I have to pay to take part in a contest?
There are paid contests and free contests. Paid contests are real money contests where users have to make a deposit and buy into the contest. Buy in value can be configured and differ from contest to contest. Free contests do not have any buy in. They are free and open to all.
40. How many contest will be there for a match?
Contests are configurable at the match level. Number of contests differ from match to match.
41. How many contests can a user participate in for a match?
There is no restriction on the number of contests a user can participate in.
42. How many teams can a user have?
Users can have one team per contest. Users can choose to use the same team for other contests they enter or create a new one. Only the latest team created will be available to be used for the next contests the user enters.
43. Can I use different team names for the different teams I have?
No, you aren’t allowed to use different team names for the created teams. Your team name remains same across all contests/teams.
44. Who are our payment partners?
PayU is our exclusive payments gateway partner at the moment.
45. What deposit options does PayU Support?
PayU supports all visa and master credit and debit cards, Netbanking, Wallets.
46. What happens when the user wins a contest?
Prize amount allocated for the position is credited to the player's mypl account.
47. How do I join contests?
To join contests, click on the ‘Join’ button on the specific contest card you wish to join.
48. What are cash & free contests?

Cash contests are where you participate by paying an entry fee and compete with other users to win real money! The prize money will be awarded to the user who has the highest points in the contest.

49. How do I know if a contest has a single winner or more than one winner?
A contest with more than one winner or multiple winners will be denoted by numbers in the contest details.
50. How many winners will be announced for contests with multiple winners?
The number of winners will vary for different contests. The number of winners in a contest will be shown on the contest details and this information will be disclosed as soon as the contest is made available to join.
51. How is the prize money distributed in case of multiple winners?
The prize money that each winner will receive is explained in our website. Please note that taxes will be deducted as applicable on winnings above Rs. 10,000 as per government regulations.
52. Will there be any tax deductions on my winnings?

53. What happens if there is a tie between winners of a multiple winner contest?

In case of a tie between winners of a multiple winner contest for any position, the prize money for the winner's position and the immediately next winning position (if any), and so forth in accordance with the number of tied winners, will be aggregated and shared equally among the tied winners. All other prize money will remain as per the winner's standing.

For example: If there are 2 winners tied for the 1st position, the sum of the 1st and 2nd position prize money will be distributed equally between these 2 winners and the next highest scorer will be awarded the prize money for the 3rd position.

Currently, there are no tie breakers and hence all teams who have scored equal points will be considered as tied for a position.

54. What happens if an ODI/T20 match is abandoned?
If the real cricket / sports’ match is abandoned, fantasy match will be cancelled and the entry fees will be refunded. This includes scenarios where the real match is abandoned without a single ball being bowled, as well as where the match is abandoned after it has started.
55.What happens if a test match is declared as drawn?
If the real test match is declared as drawn with neither of the teams completing a single inning, the fantasy match will be cancelled and the entry fees will be refunded. If the real test match is declared drawn with either team (and not necessarily both) completing a single inning, the fantasy match will be considered to have completed and the entry fees will not be refunded.
56. What if the contest doesn’t fill up with required number of participants?
In case of a cash contest, the contest will be cancelled and the entry fee will be refunded to your account.
57. What do I win in a practice contest?
You’ve got to pay a little money to win more cash in return. Practice contests do not have any cash prizes and are meant for those who want to gain experience in playing and boost their skill. Practice maketh man perfect!
58. What do I win in a cash contest?
Real cash direct to your bank account! Cool, isn’t it?
59. Why do my team rank keep fluctuating during a contest?
As the players perform in the real-life match, your team keeps earning points for your chosen players’ performances. The points status appearing next to your total points indicates if the match is in progress or completed. So, it is recommended to keep two tabs open all the time.
60. Can I get my friend(s) to join the same contest in which I am playing?
Yes. More the people, more the fun!
61. Can I join future matches and contests in advance?
Considering the excitement and passion of cricket fans, we allow our users to pre-select their teams for all the matches that are open on MyPL at any given point of time. Plan ahead, my friend!
62. Can I view other users' teams in a contest?
Yes, but to maintain the element of surprise, we allow users to view other users’ teams only after the deadline hits. Sneaky you! To view your opponent’s team, go to the particular fixture card for a match and click on Leaderboard and click on your opponent’s team name.
63. Can I join a contest in the middle of the series?
Yes, the beauty of the daily format is that you can join a contest in the middle of a series that is not yet closed (deadline has not passed) and have an equal opportunity of winning as everyone else.
64. Do I have to create a separate team for each contest?
Yes! You are required to create a separate team for each new contest. Different matches, different strategie, captain!
65. How do you decide the winner of a contest?
The team which gets the highest points at the end of the match will be announced as the winner of that contest.
66. Why do you charge me a fee to enter a contest?
We charge a platform fee to access our amusement facilities for improving and maintaining the facilities, as well as awarding cash prizes.
67. How can the user withdraw funds?
To withdraw funds for the first time, User’s needs to make a minimum deposit of Rs.100 and then when you are logged in, click on the menu icon on top left of the page and click on ‘Cash Out' and fill the form with respective details and click on ‘Cash Out' button. In case facing any issues, users can send an email to imgl@playmotion.co.in asking for their funds to be withdrawn.
68. What are the checks that need to done before processing a cash out?
Users may be asked to submit their id, address proof and bank account details. Documents accepted are: Aadhar card, Passport, PAN card or Voters id. On successful verification cash out is processed to the users bank account.
69. Which website do you refer to update the points?

70. How will I be informed if I win a Cash prize?
You will have to check the leaderboards of the respective contests you had participated in.
71. When will the winnings be distributed?
We don’t distribute the winnings on our own. Once you have won, the prize money will be added to your wallet and same will be processed only after you send a cashout request to our team.
72. Does the amount in my Winnings Account have any expiry date?
No.
73. How can I add money?
As of now our payments partner is PayU, so you can add/deposit money to your wallet using the same (Cr. Card/ Net Banking/ Debit Card/ PayU Wallet).
74. What are the ways to add money?

75. Is it safe to pay through your website?
Yes, it is absolutely safe. We do not store your credit/debit card details with us, including your CVV number. We only work with trusted third party payment gateways with 3D secure authentication to ensure safety & security of all your financial transactions.
76. How do I get notification for my transaction?
For all successful transactions, you will get a confirmation email and SMS with your Order Id and the amount from Payment gateway.
77. What if my account balance is not correct?

78. What if the payment is deducted from my card and not updated in my MYPL account?
Don’t worry, your money is safe. This usually happens when there is a delay in communication from the bank’s end, or if there’s an interruption when the transaction is being processed. please feel free to reach us at imgl@playmotion.co.in or +91 8431334334 with your card/bank statement screenshot which confirms the debit of your transaction amount, so that we can check and address your concern.
79. I'm getting an error message when I am trying to pay via the payment gateway?
The mode of payment you have chosen may not be authorized by your bank, in which case you should call them and get it fixed. Also, please reach out to us from the Contact Us page with the error message screenshot so that we can advise you on how to complete your transaction.
80. How long does it take for my deposited amount to be credited into my MYPL account balance?
Once you have made the deposit, your MyPL account balance will be updated immediately! If the updated balance is not reflected in your account, please feel free to reach us at imgl@playmotion.co.in or +91 8431334334.
81. Can I withdraw money from my ‘Unutilized’ Account (Deposits)?
The amount deposited in your ‘Unutilized’ Account can only be used to join contests on MyPL. This cannot be withdrawn to your bank account for any reason whatsoever.
82. Does the amount in my ‘Unutilized’ Account have any expiry date?
All amounts credited to your ‘Unutilized’ account must be utilized within 335 days of credit. In case any unutilized amount lies in the account after 335 days from the date of credit of such amount, MyPL reserves the right to forfeit such unutilized amount, without liability or obligation to pay any compensation to you. Please check our Terms & Conditions for detailed information on this aspect.
83. Is verification necessary to join contests on MyPL?
No. You can join contests even without verifying your account. When you win cash contests, your winnings will be deposited in your MyPL account. Verification becomes mandatory only before you can make withdrawals from your MyPL account to your bank account.
84. Why do I need a PAN card on MYPL?
MYPL is the India's Fastest Fantasy Sports platform where you can win real cash legally. Your withdrawals on MYPL involve transfer of money from your MYPL account to your bank account, and hence PAN Card has become a mandatory requirement as a proof of identity. In case you do not have a PAN Card, you can still join contests on MYPL, and your winnings will be deposited in your MYPL account. You can apply for a PAN Card in the meantime & once you receive it, upload it along with the bank details to get your MYPL account verified. You will then be able to withdraw any amounts to your bank account.

86. How do I withdraw money from my MyPL account?
You can withdraw money only from the winnings account in your MyPL account once you make a minimum deposit of Rs.100 (To withdraw funds for the first time) and your account is verified. This verification is a one-time process which doesn’t need to be repeated unless you wish to make changes to your account. Once your account is verified, you can withdraw the desired amount (min. Rs.200 and max. Rs.9999 at a time) and it will be deposited into your bank account within 3 working days.
87. What is the minimum & maximum amount I can withdraw from my MyPL account?
The minimum amount for a single withdrawal request is Rs.200 and the maximum amount that you can withdraw is Rs.9999. Kindly note that you need to make a minimum deposit of Rs.100 to be able to withdraw funds for the first time.
88. What bank account details do I need to provide for withdrawal/verification?

90. Am I allowed to play if I’m under the age of 18?
No, MyPL is strictly for users who are at least 18 years of age.
91. Do I have to pay taxes when I withdraw money to my bank account?
Taxes are deducted at source wherever applicable and paid out by us, as per the Income Tax Act 1961. Winners will be provided TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions, if applicable. However, you shall be responsible for payment of any other applicable tax, including but not limited to, income tax, gift tax, etc. in respect of the Cash Prizes money won. 92. What are the taxes applicable if I win more than Rs.10,000?

As per the Income Tax Act 1961, if your individual winnings for a single contest are more than Rs.10,000, tax of 30.9%*(Subject to change as per Govt.) will be deducted. The remaining amount (69.10%) will be credited to your winnings balance.

For e.g. If you win Rs.1,00,000, tax of Rs.30,900 will be deducted and your actual winnings are Rs.69,100.

93. What is not allowed on MYPL:

Creation of multiple accounts by one user

Creation of multiple accounts by misusing a referral code to get cash bonus

Submission of fake documents or uploading someone else's documents

94. What happens when:

A user plays with multiple ids or uses his/her own referral link to create multiple accounts → We deactivate the referred accounts

A user converts cash bonus into winnings by activities that violate our policy → We take back the cash bonus component of the winnings
